ABOUT THE SEMINAR:

Gender Champions of Dr. Ram Manohar Lohiya National Law University is organizing a National Level Seminar on ‘Menstrual Health Management’ (MHM). Every month, 1.8 billion people worldwide menstruate. Millions of these girls, women, transgender persons, and non-binary people struggle to regulate their menstrual cycle in a respectful and healthy manner. Menstrual health and hygiene demands might be unfulfilled due to gender inequity, discriminatory social norms, cultural taboos, poverty, and a lack of basic amenities such as bathrooms and sanitary products.

CALL FOR PAPERS:

This in-person conference seeks research, academic and working papers on the multidisciplinary subject of Menstrual Health Management. Presented Papers will be considered for publication with a reputed publisher. There will be a prize for ‘Best Presenter and a Certificate of Presentation to all the presenters.
